We cruised to victory in the north London derby on Saturday with a 3-0 victory at Tottenham Hotspur.
Katie McCabe delivered a player of the match performance, scoring one and assisting another, while Vivianne Miedema hit a stunning contender for goal of the season.
We started strongly at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and after Jordan Nobbs fired wide early on, Caitlin Foord gave us the lead in style.
The Australia international played a quick one-two with Noelle Maritz down the right wing, before arriving inside the area and finding the bottom corner.
Miedema then went on to double our advantage on the stroke of half-time - and in some style too. McCabe floated an inch-perfect corner delivery into penalty area and Miedema found the top corner with a stunning volley on her left foot.
McCabe wreaked havoc on Tottenham’s defence all afternoon, and shortly after the hour mark she grabbed her reward, racing in behind and coolly finishing into the bottom corner.
The hosts would go on to create a golden opportunity late on, but Manuela Zinsberger was on hand to deny Tottenham, not once, not twice, but three times in succession.
That outstanding triple save also created a little bit of history, as we secured four consecutive WSL victories without conceding.

I really enjoy watching Arsenal Ladies play. They play a football that's very nice to watch, going on the offensive a lot, lots of very good players and they work as a team. I just wish I could watch them more often here in Sweden. So, I vote for more WSL in general and Arsenal Ladies in particular.

It was good to get a routine victory the other day, I was happy, because when you look at things, the way our mens team went down a few levels was to start losing to 2 teams consistently, then 3, then 4, and then like 8 teams bridged the gap - this was due to serious lack of investment, we can't let it happen to the women's team too. The patterns are there, we were the best - City and Chelsea invested heavily and surpassed us, now united are giving us trouble with our old cb as their manager, finishing above them then investing in the summer is crucial. City and Chelsea also are full of ex arsenal people - even Chelseas manager. Plus the nigerian lady who buried City in the champions league first leg used to play for us. We let some gems go. Its not the end of the world, we did win the league 2 seasons ago and last season imo at the stoppage there was no definitive winner, but yeah, this season has been a disaster.
